Create Tracking Folders

The past few topics in this guide have shown you a variety of built-in ways to track what's going on with your tasks. But there will still be cases where you'll need to search for tasks that match more specific conditions.

For these cases, the Task Search feature is a powerful tool you can use to apply multiple criteria when searching for tasks.

Specifying Conditions

Your task search can include any number of conditions, including date logic like in the example below, where you have a search that is looking for high-priority tasks that also have due-dates that fall in a particular range.

Saving for One-Click Reuse

You can save your searches as Tracking Folders to make it easier to incorporate them into your regular task management process. Saved Tracking Folders are listed at the bottom left in the Folders section.
