The Feature Guide
You can use features like the Team Blog to share information with everyone on your team. You also have the option to create limited-access folders where you can organize tasks and also share notes, photos and files for easy collaboration.

For any of the tasks, milestones, or content items you create, you can add detailed descriptions, and other people can add comments. The rich text formatting available in both of these options makes it very easy for people to include links to images and resources, without having to write HTML code.

Useful search is another important part of the puzzle when it comes to effective collaboration. Every word that gets typed into your Tasks on the Run website can be instantly retrieved with the search feature. If you want to find a milestone, you can search for it. If someone has written a comment on a task or added a tag to a blog post, you can search for those too.

Every task, milestone, item of shared content, and every comment is personalized with a screen name, profile link, and often an image for the author. Knowing the person behind an item helps to bring the work to life, making it more interesting and engaging.
Over time you are also accumulating a social map for knowledge for your team. Anybody who comes along later and finds some key piece of information is not only finding that knowledge, but also the profile for the person who recorded it.
