The Tour is a quick sixty second overview of Tasks on the Run. Use the links in the boxes above to jump to the topics that interest you most. You can find more in-depth information about anything you see here in the Feature Guide.
In the previous topic, we told you how you can use the Task Search feature to create click-able tracking folders. Another useful trick that the Task Search supports is performing batch updates.
You simply take the results of any task search, select the individual tasks you want to update, then choose which attribute to target and select a value. This is the fast way to do things such as reassign all your low-priority tasks to a particular person, or update the status for all the overdue tasks in a milestone.

Tasks on the Run's worksheet tool makes it easy to visually organize and schedule your team's work. In one place you can record tasks, juggle their due dates, and set time estimates and assignments.
At all times, you are working with real-time data, so your schedule always reflects task updates from your team, and you don't have to manually maintain a schedule separately from your tasking data.
Customer Portals let you present a pared-down version of your website to those who don't need full access.
Tasks on the Run comes with several built-in customer portals, and you can instantly activate the ones you want, and pick which customers will have access.
